1. GENERAL
15
15
15
15
Installation, electrical connection and commissioning
15
must be carried out by skilled personnel in
15
compliance with the general and local safety
16
regulations in force in the country of installation of the
16
product. Failure to comply with these instructions not
16
only causes risk to personal safety and damage to
16
the equipment, but invalidates every right to
16
assistance under guarantee.
16
2. APPLICATIONS
16
Multistage centrifugal pumps indicated for booster sets
16
for water systems of small, medium and large utilieties.
16
They may be used in various fields of applications such
16
as:
16
− for fire-fighting and washing systems,
16
− for supplying drinking water and feeding autoclaves,
17
− for feeding boilers and circulating hot water,
17
− for conditioning and chilling systems,
17
− for circulating and industrial processing plants.
17
3. PUMPED FLUIDS
18
The machine has been designed and built for pumping
18
water, free from explosive substances and solid particles
18
or fibres, with a density of 1000 kg/m³ and a kinematic
20
viscosity of 1 mm²/s, and chemically non-aggressive
20
liquids.
Small quantities of sand, up to 50 ppm, are accepted.
