La gengiva deve essere pressata quanto più
possibile. Per almeno due ore il paziente
dovrebbe evitare di mangiare o di masticare
col lato sottoposto a trattamento.
Si consiglia di sciacquare la bocca durante il
primo giorno dopo l'operazione e di non utili-
zzare lo spazzolino per almeno tre giorni.
La zona operata deve essere mantenuta pulita
mediante un batuffolo d'ovatta imbevuto
d'acqua.
Evitare in ogni caso la formazione di patine,
ricorrendo, se necessario, ad un successivo
trattamento nello studio dentistico.

Le patient ne doit rien manger ni boire pen-
dant au moins deux heures et ne pas míàcher
du côté où a été pratiquée l'intervention.
Recommander également au patient de se rin-
cer la bouche à l'eau chaude le jour qui suit
l'opération et de ne pas se brosser les dents
pendant trois jours.
La zone de l'intervention doit être maintenue
propre à l'aide d'un tampon d'ouate imbibé
d'eau caude.
Il convient d'empêcher à tout prix la reforma-
tion de la plaque dentaire - éventuellement en
poursuivant le traitement.

The gingiva should be pressed on as much as
possible. The patient should refrain from
eating for at least two hours and should not
chew on the side which has received the treat-
ment.
Rinsing with warm water is recommended for
the first day following the operation. The pati-
ent should not brush his teeth for three days.
The place of operation must be kept clean
using cotton swabs which have been soaked
in water.
Formation of plaque must absolutely be pre-
vented, if necessary by follow-up treatment in
the practice.
