Changing basic settings

Requirement: The ready symbol appears on the display.
1. Press the "menu/ok" button for longer than 2 seconds.
» The menu appears on the display.
2. Navigate to the Direct keys > Espresso > Co ee strength menu.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select the desired co ee strength and con rm
with "menu/ok".
4. Repeatedly select the Exit command to exit the menu.
» The ready symbol appears on the display.
» The newly selected co ee strength is used the next time an Espresso is
prepared.

Operating steps that change the appliance's basic settings are described in

8.1

Setting the language

The display text language can be set.

2. Navigate to the Language menu.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select a language and con rm with "menu/ok".
4. Exit the menu with the Exit command.

Setting Auto OFF

If the appliance is not operated for a long time, it switches o automatically
after a speci ed time. This time can be set in the Auto O menu.
