WARNING
To stop the machine in an emergency:
- disconnect the power supply plug;
- isolate the compressed air line by
disconnecting the shutoff valve (quick-
release connector) (fig. 7a).

Learn the function and location of all
commands.
Carefully check that all controls on the
machine are working properly.
The machine must be installed prop-
erly, operated correctly and serviced

1 Vertical arm actuator cylinder.
2 Clamping button: three position button.

3 Vertical and horizontal arm (to position
the mounting/ demounting tool).
4 'Leva la leva' (Without lever) mounting/
demounting tool (for mounting and
demounting tyre onto/from rim).
5 Tilting movable column.
6 Clamp gripper (secures the rim to the
turntable).
7 Turntable (rotary platform supporting
the wheel).
8 Movable column control pedal (5) (two-
position pedal for tilting the column unit)

10 Bead breaker pedal (two-position pedal
for operating bead breaking shoe (13).
11 Turntable (7) rotation control pedal

13 Bead breaker shoe (mobile shoe for
detaching bead from rim).

15 Pressure gauge (reads tyre pressure).
