Check the charging cable for external damage prior to
every use.

Never connect a vehicle and a socket with a defective
charging cable.

Do not use a charging cable if it is damaged.
The charging cable must be visually checked for external
damage at regular intervals.
The components have to remain disconnected as long as
they are being checked.
Cable

Check the cable for soiling and external damage.

Clean the cable whenever necessary, using a dry cloth.

If the charging cable is found to be damaged (e.g. cuts
or cracks on the sheathing are spotted), discontinue
using the cable.
Housing

Perform a visual inspection for defects.

Check that the LED indicator panel is functional.

Clean the enclosure as needed using a slightly damp
cloth.
Charging Connector

Check the charging connector for damage and dirt.
