Danger! It is very important that you observe the following safety instructions.
Otherwise you are endangering yourself and others.
The flue cascade systems BK 350 are designed for routing flue gas from two Euro-
Condens SGB 400 E, SGB 470 E, SGB 540 E or SGB 610 E series gas condensing boil-
ers with the same output.
Caution! When installing the accessories, there is a risk of significant injury and
material damage. Accessories must therefore only be installed by trained contrac-
tors and commissioned by a competent person appointed by the system installer.
Accessories used must comply with technical regulations and have been approved
by the manufacturer in connection with the accessories.
Only original spare parts may be used.
Unauthorised conversions and modifications to the accessories are not permitted,
as this can endanger persons and cause damage to the accessories. The accessory
approval will become void if these instructions are not observed.
The flue gas can be routed with negative or positive pressure. If it is routed with
positive pressure, there must only be one combustion appliance connected to the
flue.
The flue cascade systems BK 250/1 and BK 250/2 have been granted national tech-
nical approval by the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt).
Besides the general technical rules, the following should be particularly observed:
- Regulations of the accompanying certificate of approval
- Implementation rules of the DVGW-TRGI, G 600
- Planning laws of the German federal states in accordance with the Combustion
Ordinance and the building regulations
Due to the varying regulations in the individual German federal states, and work-
ing practices (flue gas routing, cleaning apertures and inspection ports, etc.) differ-
ing from region to region, the flue gas inspector should be consulted before start-
ing installation.
Attention! Danger of injury by missing working gloves! We recommend wearing
work gloves for installation work.
