Thermal Cut-Out Switch for Control Box
Components
These ovens include a "safety thermal cut-out switch" for
your protection. This safety related device is designed to
ensure that the unit will not overheat and damage the
oven. In the unlikely event that the oven would exceed the
specified operating temperature range, the "safety thermal
cut-out switch" will activate, thus blocking power to the unit
and causing it to turn off.

Correction
Reset breaker
Reset power, call for service if it repeats
Check gas valve is "ON" and gas hose
connection is properly attached.
Reassemble correctly
Place fingers in correct location
Adjust temperature
Adjust conveyor speed
Call for service
Energize the ventilation system
Clean all filters

Remove and reinstall
Tighten drive sprocket
