Manual functions are possible as the disc can run independently
of the specimen holder.
The speed can be set to 150 or 300 rpm.
The different lubricants can be chosen here.
Pushing the knob and then turning it allows you to adjust the
dosing level between 0 and 20.
The different suspensions can be chosen here.

After defining all parameters the manual preparation can be
started by pressing F1.
The suspension and lubricant selected in the Manual Preparation menu
must correspond to the available bottles – see also Bottle Configuration.
