The meaning of the buttons
Mode : Used for choosing functions resp. programs.
Recovery : Press this button to start the heart recovery measurement.
ST / SP : 1) Start or finish a workout.
2) Start or finish a body fat measurement.
3) Press & hold this button for approx. 3 seconds to reset all values to 0.
Enter : Confirm setting or selection.
Down (Ab) / Up (Auf) : Decrease / Increase the resistance during exercise or adjust values.
The computer functions
TIME
Computer shows actual exercise time. Preset a target time: You may preset a target time (max. 99:00) befo-
re starting a workout. The time will then count down and an acoustic signal will be emitted when reaching
0:00.
RPM
The computer shows the current rounds/min.in the display.
SPEED
The computer shows the current speed in the display.
DIST (Distance)
The workout distance is displayed here. Preset a target distance: You may preset a target distance (max.
99.9 km) before starting a workout. The distance will then count down and an acoustic signal will be emit-
ted when reaching 0.0.
