Mains connection
The computer gets its power supply by the included adaptor. The adaptor will be connected to a normal
mains plug (European standard, please check the specifications resp. please use a fitting mains adaptor for
your power system). If you have to buy a new adaptor it is important to pay attention that it is GS approved
and corresponds to the product safety law and the below mentioned specifications.
Don't use another electricity supply because this could cause damages or impairments of functions.

Output: 6 - 9V

Exercise computer
It is necessary that you read and follow all the instructions in this manual in order to avoid misunderstan-
dings and/or errors.
This computer has an automatic on/off function so that it switches on when the pedals move or when any
button is pressed, and turns into stand-by mode automatically if no signal has been received for approx. 4
minutes. In standby-mode, the room temperature and time of the day is displayed. These displays CANNOT
be switched off, unless you disconnect the power source.
Use the UP/DOWN and ENTER keys to adjust the clock when the computer is switched on for the first time.
Hint: The computer is equipped with a built-in receiver, which can (alternatively to the handpulse mea-
surement) receive your pulse frequency through the a compatible chest belt. Please check the respective
instructions for chest belt usage later on in this manual.
After activation of the computer you may select one of the following exercise modes with the „UP" and
„DOWN" buttons (and „ENTER" for confirmation): (P = Programme)
• Manual programme P1
• Pre-programmed exercise with automatic tension level adjustment (P2 to P13)
• User defined exercise programmes (P14 to P17)
(requires the input of detailed programme profiles, which will be saved)
• Pulse controlled training or target heart rate training (P18 to P22)
• Watt-controlled mode (P23)
• Bodyfat measurement P24 (no exercise mode)
