• BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Pull out the mains plug before every time you insert or remove the

attachments/accessories.
o
Clean all the accessories with a little washing up liquid in warm water, do not use the
dishwasher. Only wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.

• HOW TO USE YOUR STAND MIXER
o
Press the tilt button (5) and lift the paddle (4) up to the stop.
o
Place the main bowl (2) on the motor base (1) and turn it to the left until it locks into
place.
o
If you want to use the splashguard, you must place it on the main bowl (2) at this
stage.
o
Insert the attachment you want (7, 8 or 9) on the designated shaft under the arm (5)
as show in Figures A and B. The attachment must be tight and secure.
o
Now place the ingredients you want in the main bowl (2).
o
NOTE: Not all of the ingredients must be placed in at the once. You can keep adding
them by lifting the arm or through the opening in the splashguard (3).
o
Press the tilt button (5) to tip the attachment arm back.
Turn the settings knob (6) slowly to the right to avoid splashing.
o

Adjust the speed to suit the consistency and the ingredients in the main bowl (2).
• TIPS
o
Turn the mixer off from time to time to scrape the mixture off the sides of the bowl
and the attachment with the spatula (10).
o
If you are making heavy bread dough, do not use more that 750g of flour.
o
When mixing heavy doughs, you must keep an eye on the appliance. To make sure
that the motor does not start to overheat, only use the mixer for 5 minutes at a time
as a maximum.

When you have finished, press the tilt button (5) to tip the arm (4) back up.
o
Clean the attachment before you put it away.
o
You can take the bowl (2) off by turning it to the right.
