• ABOUT THIS CITRUS JUICER

This appliance has been designed to extract juice from citrus fruits, e.g. oranges, lem-
ons, limes and grapefruits.
o
Do not use this appliance to squeeze other types of fruits.

• IMPORTANT

o
The large pressing cone is suitable for larger fruit, such as oranges, using the pressing
lever. The small pressing cone is for smaller fruit such as lemons, which must be
squeezed by hand.
o
Exert short bursts (15 seconds) followed by 10-seconds recesses for a maximum of
5 minutes, to prevent the motor from overheating. Allow to cool down to room tem-
perature before further use.
o Always use the juicer on a dry and even surface.

• ASSEMBLING THE CITRUS JUICER

o
Remove all packaging and clean the parts that will come into contact with food before
the first use (see "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE").
o
Unwind the cord stored around the base of the citrus juicer.
o
Place the juice collector and the strainer on the base until they fit properly.
o
Select a reamer according to the size of the fruit to be squeezed and lock it on the
strainer. In order to use the large reamer, place the smaller one on the base first.
o
Place a container under the spout.
o
Plug the power cord into the mains.
