PEAK HOLD

Peak Hold is a working mode allowing you to snap value of maximum force applied to the weighing
pan during one loading.
Apart from standard settings for this mode (described in the Weighing mode section), additional
parameter has been introduced, it sets threshold value determining function activation.

27.1. Mode Related Settings

The supplementary settings enable you to adjust the working mode to your needs and requirements.
To access the settings follow the below procedure.
Procedure:
1. Press grey workspace area.
2. The following submenus are displayed: Settings, Buttons, Information, Printouts, Series, Profile.
3. Select <Settings> menu.
4. Functions related to Peak Hold mode are displayed.
THRESHOLD – value determining start point for peak hold control performed by the balance
software. Remember to set this threshold prior to the measuring process.

27.2. Peak Hold Operation

1. Enter <PEAK HOLD> mode.
2. Once you select the mode, the function is active.
3. Set the threshold (in grams) determining point beyond which the function starts to register
maximum force applied.
From now on the balance registers and holds every single weighing which is above the threshold,
and which is higher than the result of the previous peak hold. If the software detects mass above
the threshold, the highest detected indication is held on the main display and the pictogram <Max>
is shown on the left.
4. In order to print the result press
5. The start of the next process of peak hold measurement is possible only after removing the load
from the weighing pan and pressing
<Peak Hold> mode. Pictogram <Max> is automatically deleted.
