PROBLEM: THE POOL IS TOO FULL AND OVERFLOWING
OVER THE COPING.
Connect the overflow to a gravity drain.
Remove the obstruction.
PROBLEM: THE PUMP DOES NOT START.
Replace the fuse with a fuse that has the same rating
If the fuse blows again, call a professional to establish why.
Check the power supply from the eletrical panel to the motor.
This must be done by a qualified professional.
Disconnect the power supply.
Replace the capacitor.
Reconnect the power supply.
Do not forget to reset the timer.
Disconnect the power supply.
Dismantle the pump and clean the impeller.
Reassemble the pump and reconnect the power supply.
Do not forget to reset the timer.
PROBLEM: THE PUMP RUNS INTERMITTENTLY. THIS IS CAUSED
BY OVERHEATING OF THE MOTOR.
Bring the water level up. See the sections dealing with water
level issues.
