Press the READ-key to measure the length (b)
of the right side.
The length of the right side (b) is shown in the
second line of the display.
The length (x) will be calculated automatically by
the meter, and the result is shown in the result
line.

Press the Clear-key, until you enter the normal
measuring mode again.

In normal mode, double press the INDIRECT
MEASUREMENT-key.
In this mode the meter calculates the hypotenuse
of a right angled triangle.
A right angled triangle with a right side flashing
will appear.

Press the READ-key to measure the length (a)
of the right side.
The length of the right side (a) is shown in the first
line of the display.

Press the READ-key to measure the length (b)
of the other right side.
The length of the right side (b) is shown in the
second line of the display.
The length (x) of the hypotenuse will be calculated
automatically by the meter, and the result is
shown in the result line.

Press the Clear-key, until you enter the normal
measuring mode again.
