In normal mode, press the INDIRECT MEAS-
UREMENT-key three times.
In this mode the meter calculates the length (x) of
a right side of the upper right angled triangle.
Two right angled triangles with a hypotenuse (a)
flashing will appear.

Press the READ-key to measure the length of
the hypotenuse (a).

Press the READ-key to measure the length of
the hypotenuse (b).

Press the READ-key to measure the length of
the other right side (c).
The length (x) of the hypotenuse will be calculated
automatically by the meter, and the result is
shown in the result line.

In normal mode, press the INDIRECT MEAS-
UREMENT-key four times.
In this mode the meter calculates the length (x)
which is the amount of the length of the two right
sides.
Two right angled triangles with a hypotenuse (a)
flashing will appear.

Press the READ-key to measure the length of
the hypotenuse (a).

Press the READ-key to measure the length (b)
of the other right side.

Press the READ-key to measure the length of
the hypotenuse (c).
