Caution: Before using the appliance always make sure that the appliance
and the containers / bags are absolutely clean and free of damage so that
food does not get contaminated.
APPLIANCE INSTALLATION
Place the appliance on a suitably large, horizontal, clean, moisture resistant and dry
work surface. Note that you also need space for the food filled bags to be vacuumed.
CONNECTING THE POWER PLUG
Plug the power plug into a suitable power outlet. The control lights next to "Dry"
and "Normal" light up, indicating that the appliance is switched on.
Note: Should you use ready made vacuum bags, you can proceed directly to
point II. of these instructions.

1. Cut a suitable bag length from the film.
(see Fig. 1)
2. Should the latching mechanism be locked, press

inwards.
3. Place an open bag end in the vacuum opening. Push
the bag end into the vacuum opening until you feel
a stop so that an even seal can be made.
(see Fig. 2)
4. Lock the latching mechanism by pressing the two

firmly downwards with
both hands until you hear a "click" from both sides.
Now, the latching mechanism is locked on the left
and right side and the foil is fixed into place.

Caution: Never press the release buttons
the cover. These are only designed to release the
latching mechanism.
5. Touch the Seal (B) button to seal the bag end. The
Seal control light lights up and goes out once the
sealing process is completed. (At the start, the Vac
Seal light lights up briefly as well.)

6. Once the Seal control light goes out, press the two

release buttons
to open the latching mechanism.
(see Fig. 5)
7. Remove the bag with the sealed end.
8. Check if the seal seam is straight and without
creases. Should this not be the case, cut the seal
seam off and repeat the process.
