Vacuum opening with vacuum chamber behind it and sealing bar
For sucking the air out of the vacuum bag and for sealing the foils resp. bags.

Connection port for air extraction hose
For connecting the air extraction hose to suck the air out of the Solis containers.

Latching buttons (left and right)
The latching mechanism fixes the inserted bag to the vacuum opening and
closes the vacuum chamber so that the vacuuming and sealing process can be
started. This requires both latching buttons to be pushed down, locking into
place with a "click".

Release buttons (left and right)
By pressing both buttons, the latching mechanism is released and the vacuum
bag can be removed.

Removable drip tray
The removable drip tray collects liquid released when slightly wet foods are
vacuum sealed. It can be removed for easy cleaning. To remove it, softly push
the drip tray inwards and then release it. It slightly snaps out of the appliance
and can be removed easily.

Cord opening
To guarantee safe footing of the appliance, the unwrapped cord has to be
passed through the opening before you connect the power plug to the power
socket.
