23. Storage

Attention! Risk of damage due to freezing water. Store the device in a
frost-free place only once it has been completely emptied.

Store the device only when cleaned properly.
•
Release the trigger stop.
Cause
•
Air filter heavily soiled
•
Nozzle seal is missing or worn
•
Filter clogged at suction hose
•
Not enough paint in the
container (the pump has
sucked in air)
•
Too much coating material
applied.
•
Distance to the object too
large
•
Too much coating material
applied
•
Amount of air too high
•
Adjustment ring is not
connected to the peg on the
air cap
•
Air screen is clogged up
•
Spray material is too cold
•
Highly absorbent surface
or paint with poor covering
capacity
•
Distance too large
•
Turbine is defect
Remedy
➞ Change
➞ Insert an intact nozzle
seal
➞ Clean filter
➞ Refill the paint container.
Detach the spray
attachment from the
turbine unit and hold it
over the paint container.
Depress the trigger until
the paint jet is even
again.
➞ Reduce material volume
➞ Reduce distance
➞ Reduce material volume
➞ Decrease air volume
➞ Connect adjustment
ring and peg
➞ Disassemble and clean
➞ The material you are
spraying should be at
room temperature
