7.5 Emergency Measures

In case of fire of the filter unit or its absorptive parts, it is necessary to proceed as
follows:
If possible, disconnect the welding fumes filter by pulling the mains plug out of

socket, i.e. by power supply disconnecting.
Extinguish the fire by conventional powder fire extinguishers.

Alternatively, notify the local fire brigade.
●
CAUTION
Do not open the filtration unit service door; risk of flame flaring!
In the event of fire do not touch the device in any case without
protective gloves Danger or burns!
