    Betriebsanleitung vollständig gelesen und verstanden haben – insbesondere Abschnitt 2 Sicherheit. Während des Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu spät. Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für nur gelegentlich am SmartMaster eingesetztes Personal. Die Betriebsanleitung muss ständig in der Nähe des SmartMaster griffbereit sein.

    Der Anschluss von der Schweißstromquelle (UVV VBG 15 §43 Abs. 1) ist so auszuführen, dass kein vagabundierender Schweißstrom (Fehlerstrom) über den Schutzleiter des SmartMaster fließt. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Schweißstrom- rückleitung zwischen Werkstück und Schweißmaschine einen geringen Widerstand aufweist und Verbindungen zwischen Werkstück und SmartMaster vermieden werden.

    KEMPER SmartMaster Betriebsanleitung - DE 3 Produktbeschreibung Der SmartMaster ist ein kompaktes Schweißrauchfiltergerät, mit dessen Hilfe, die beim Schweißen entstehenden Schweißrauche nahe der Entstehungsstelle abgesaugt und mit einem Abscheidegrad von mehr als 99% abgeschieden werden. Dafür ist das Gerät mit einem flexiblen Absaugarm ausgerüstet, dessen Absaug- haube leicht beweglich ist und jede Position freitragend beibehält.

    Auch bei der Beachtung aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen verbleibt beim Betrieb des SmartMaster ein in der Folge beschriebenes Restrisiko. Alle Personen, die an und mit dem SmartMaster arbeiten, müssen dieses Restrisiko kennen und die Anweisungen befolgen, die verhindern, dass diese Restrisiken zu Unfällen oder Schäden führen.

    Für den Transport der Palette mit dem Filtergerät eignet sich ein Hubwagen oder Gabelstapler. 4.2 Lagerung Der SmartMaster sollte in seiner Originalverpackung bei einer Umgebungs- temperatur von -20°C bis +55°C an einem trockenen und sauberen Ort gelagert werden. Die Verpackung darf dabei nicht durch andere Gegenstände belastet werden.

Schneiden Sie die Ecken dieses Kartonbodens mit einem Messer auf, so dass Sie die Seiten nach unten klappen können.

Mit zunehmender Staubbeladung der Filter steigt deren Strömungswiderstand und die Absaugleistung nimmt ab. Sobald sie einen Mindestwert unterschreitet, ertönt die Signalhupe und die grüne Betriebskontrollleuchte erlischt.

    The connection of the welding power source (UVV VBG 15 § 43 Para 1) shall be designed so that no stray welding current (fault current) flows through the protective earth conductor of the SmartMaster. It is important to ensure that the welding current return wire between the workpiece and welding machine has low resistance and connections between the workpiece and SmartMaster are avoided.

    KEMPER SmartMaster Operating Instructions - EN 3 Product Description The Smart Master is a compact welding fume filter device, which extracts welding fumes right at the point where they are produced and exhausts them with a separation rate of more than 99%. For this purpose the device is equipped with a flexible exhaust arm whose exhaust hood is easily movable and which then retains the position without any additional support.

    3.4 Residual Risk Even when all safety rules are observed, during the operation of the SmartMaster there remains a residual risk as described below. All persons working on and with the Smart Master must know what this residual risk is and follow the instructions that prevent these residual risks leading to accidents or damage.
