Camera mode
You will see the following displayed on the LCD screen:
At the top left is the battery status symbol, at the top
right the camera symbol and at the bottom right the
number of images [0/00]. Press OK to capture an image.
Note: If a red SD card symbol appears in the centre of
the display, some images will have to be deleted as the
card is full. Alternatively, the card can be formatted or
replaced with an empty one. Ensure that the camera is
switched off before removing the SD card as this might
damage the files.
Video mode
To change into video mode, press the left arrow key.
You will see the following displayed on the LCD screen:
At the top right is the video symbol and at the bottom
right is the remaining amount of time to record videos
in minutes and seconds. To begin recording, press the
OK button. Press OK again to stop and once more to
begin a new recording.
Press MENU to return to the main menu.
Day and Night mode
The default setting is day mode where photos and video
clips are displayed in colour. Select "Live Preview" and
use the Up / Down buttons to select between day or
night mode.
In night mode, the image in the LCD screen will change
from colour to black and white and all 30 LEDs will light
up in red. Press OK to record an image.
Note: While in the "Live Preview" night mode, the im
age may flicker. This is especially noticeable if the sur
roundings are very bright. In a darker environment, this
will hardly be noticeable. In ON mode, the camera will
automatically switch to the night mode when it is dark.
Press MENU to return to the main menu.
Playback photos or videos
Go to "Photo/Video Playback" in the main menu and
press OK or the Right button. At the bottom right of the
LCD screen, the number of photos or video recordings
is displayed. Press the Right / Left buttons to navigate
through the images. Videos are indicated by the OK and
green arrow icons at the left bottom of the display. Press
