1. Unpack the lid, the frying basket, the
handle and all other accessories and remove
all packaging material.

basket with warm soapy water and dry them

necessary quantity (between the MIN and
MAX marks).
3. Adjust the temperature selector button
to the desired temperature. The heat-up

4. When using deep-frying fat we recommend
cutting it into cubes of approx. 2 cm. Melt
the fat at low temperature (approx. 130° C).
After this, you can heat the fat up to the
necessary temperature.

temperature is reached, the indicator light
lights up in blue. The appliance has a
thermostat to control the temperature. The
heating is switched on and off in intervals.
