I5 Change language

The switchboard language can be selected from the
following list:
*1- Italian (default)
2- English
3- French
4- German
5- Portuguese
6- Danish
7- Polish
8- Dutch
9- Spanish
- press MENU and use the
5-CHANGE LANGUAGE menu, then press 5;

- use the keys to view the selected language
and press the corresponding key (e.g. 2 for English);
1-ITALIAN
2-ENGLISH
- press ESC repeatedly to return to the main screen.

I6 Download names from PC

You can enter names in the personal name directory
by downloading them from a PC via Art. 1249B.
To perform this operation, activate the download
function from the menu, connect the switchboard to
the PC via the relevant serial cable, and start running
the download software.
CAUTION! ONLY ACTIVATE THE FUNCTION
WHEN YOU WANT TO DOWNLOAD NAMES
FROM A PC. THE FUNCTION REMAINS ACTIVE
FOR 1 MINUTE.
- press MENU and use the
6-DOWNLOAD NAMES FROM PC menu;

- press 6 to activate the function:

ACTIVE
Name downloading can ONLY take place when the
NAME DIRECTORY is EMPTY.
- press ESC to return to the main screen, on which
the text "!PC" will be displayed (for 1 minute);
you may now start downloading names using Art.
1249/A. During this process the switchboard cannot
make or receive calls; the service is automatically
deactivated on completion of the download.

I7 All names deleted

To delete names in the directory:
- press MENU and use the
7-ALL NAMES DELETED menu, then press 7;

in the directory;
- to confirm, press OK and enter the confirmation
password (1998);
- to confirm, press OK;
- once the information has been deleted, the main
screen will be displayed.
