Problem
The subject in the picture is too dark
The subject in the picture is too light
White dots appear on the image
There are marks and imperfections
on the image
The flash does not trigger

Cause
Not enough light for the shot
Subject is too close, flash is too
strong
Light falling directly on the subject
or is reflected from the subject onto
the camera
The flash is switched on and is
possibly not required
The flash light is reflected by dust
particles or insects in the air
Dirty lens
The flash is switched off
Remedy
Switch on the flash
Increase the distance to the subject
Change the angle of the shot
Switch the flash off
This is unfortunately a familiar effect
and is not due to faulty functioning of
the camera
(This is particularly evident when
shooting with flash)
Clean the lens using the MINOX
Cleaning Set, Order No. 69731
Switch the flash on
