Trouble shooting

Problem
The camera is not functioning
The camera is not shooting
(images or videos)

Cause
The camera (DSC) is not switched on
Low battery voltage
Poor contact between camera (DSC)
and flash module (DSC-Flash)
The Mode dial is on Playback
The flash is loading
Remedy
Hold the ON/OFF button down for a
moment
Recharge battery or use the power
adapter (available optionally)

Clean the contacts with a soft cotton
wool tip
Turn the Mode dial to the appropriate
setting (photo or video)
When the flash has loaded you can
release the shutter
