The SATA General Conditions of Sale and Delivery and further contractual
agreements, if applicable, as well as the valid legislation at the time apply.
SATA cannot assume any liability for
■ Failure to observe the operating instructions.
■ Use of untrained personnel.
■ Use of the product for purposes other than intended.
■ Failure to use personal protective equipment.
■ Failure to use genuine parts and accessories.
■ Unauthorized conversion or technical modification.
■ Natural wear and tear.
■ Stress from shock or impact not typical for use.
■ Impermissible assembly and disassembly work.
2. Safety Instructions
Read and observe all of the instructions below. Failure to observe or in-
correct observance can lead to malfunctions and severe injury.
2.1. Requirements for personnel
This pressure spray gun is intended for use only by skilled personnel
with appropriate training who have read and understood these operating
instructions completely. Never use this pressure spray gun when tired or
when under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
2.2. Personal Protection Equipment
When using, cleaning and maintaining the pressure spray gun, always
wear approved respiratory protection, eye protection and ear protection
as well as appropriate protective gloves, work clothing and protective
shoes.
2.3. Use In Explosive Areas
The pressure spray gun is approved for use and storage in explosive
atmospheres classified as Ex-Zone 1 and 2. The product labelling must
be adhered to.
2.4. Safety Instructions
Technical condition
■ Before use, always check the pressure spray gun for proper function
and for any leaks.
■ Visually inspect the pressure cup for damage or deformation.
■ Never use the pressure spray gun if damaged or if parts are missing.
■ Always replace the plastic pressure cup after 2 years of use.
