HAZARD: HAZARDOUS VAPORS
Toxic vapors or fumes are harmful if inhaled or
come in contact with the body. Vapors can cause
severe nausea, fainting, or poisoning.
PREVENTION:
•
Appropriate protective equipment must be worn when
operating, servicing or when in the operating area of the
equipment. Equipment includes but not limited to:
- Protective clothing and respirator as recommended by
the fluid, material and solvent manufacturer.
- Protective gloves, shoes, overalls, face shield and hat
rated for elevated temperatures of at least 500ºF (260ºC).

Wear respiratory protection when using the equipment.
Read all instructions supplied with the mask to be sure it
will provide the necessary protection.
•
All local regulations regarding protection against
hazardous vapors must be observed.
•
Read SDS to know the specific hazards of the materials you
are using.
HAZARD: BURN HAZARD
Certain components of the equipment are heated
and become hot during operation.
PREVENTION:
•
Do not touch heated material or equipment.
•
Allow material and equipment to cool before coming into
contact.
•

HAZARD: GENERAL
This product can cause severe injury or property
damage.
PREVENTION:
•
Do not leave equipment unattended.
•
Do not leave equipment on an uneven surface as it can
fall over or roll away. Make sure the brake is activated
whenever not in use.
•
Keep childen and animals away from the equipment and
work area.
•
Do not exceed the maximum working temperature of
the lowest-rated system component (refer to Technical
Specifications).
•
Check equipment before every use. Immediately repair or
replace any worn or damaged parts.
- Use only manufacturer authorized parts. User assumes
all risks and liabilities when using parts that do not meet
the minimum specifications and safety devices of the
manufacturer.
•
Do not alter or modify the equipment. Any attempt
to modify the equipment or using non-authorized
replacement parts can lead to injury, damage the
equipment and will void the warranty.
•
Use the equipment for its intended purpose only. Contact

•
Do not fill material container beyond maximum capacity.
•
Route gas lines, hoses, wires and cables away from sharp
edges, traffic areas, moving parts and hot surfaces.
•
Do not over-bend or kink gas lines.
•
Do not remove or override any safety devices.
•
Clean up all material and solvent spills immediately to
prevent slip hazard.
•
Do not operate the unit when fatigued or under the
influence of drugs or alcohol.
•
Keep a fire extinguisher in work area.
