The FCU is working in Mode M1 (measuring the cleanliness class).

Display of the measured flow rate (50 ml/min is recommended).

Indicates elapsed measuring time in %. Starts at 0%, at 100% a new display of the
the cleanliness class starts.

Display of actual cleanliness class, in NAS display, separately for two particle sizes.
The figures in brackets indicate the particle size ranges selected:
(2) : 2 to 5 mm , (5) : 5 to 15 mm, (15) : 15 to 25 mm , (25) : 25 to 50 mm, (50) : 50 to
100 mm , (100) : > 100 mm.
The displayed particle sizes can be selected by pressing the ­ und ¯ keys.
The "trend arrow" indicates very small changes:
(­: increasing contamination, ¯: decreasing contamination). It indicates changes
which would not otherwise be obvious from the class indication alone.
Using the keys :
ISO coding and the display of particle quantity.

When displaying particle quantity, by using the keys:
between differential (particle sizes: 2- 5µm, 5-15µm, 15-25µm, 25-50µm, 50-100µm
and >100µm) and cumulative display (particle sizes: >2µm, >5µm, >15µm, >25µm,
>50µm and >100µm). The chosen format is indicated with a "D" (differential) or
"C" (cumulative) after the display of the elapsed measuring time.
