MAINTENANCE
FOCUS STICK 160E PFC requires virtually no
maintenance. However, exposure to extremely
dusty, damp or corrosive air is damaging to the
welding machine and in order to prevent problems
arising, the following procedure should be observed
at least once a year or as occasion requires:
- disconnect the machine from the incoming mains
supply
- clean the cooling ribs with compressed air or a soft
brush without taking the machine apart.
Lack of maintenance can lead to reduced reliability
and cancellation of the guarantee.
Please note that the guarantee will no longer apply
if it has been attempted to take the machine apart or
to open the factory-made sealing of the machine.
