3.6. Cementation
• Strictly follow preparation guidelines described above
regarding preparation angle of 4 - 8° for conventional and
self-adhesive cementation.
• Reduction of at least 0.7 mm in the central fossa and along
the axial walls is mandatory for all types of cementation.
3.6.1. Conventional Cementation (Full Coverage Crowns and
Bridges)
Dentsply Sirona Calibra® Bio Bioceramic Luting Cement is
recommended for conventional cementation of full coverage
crowns and bridges fabricated from CEREC® Zirconia+ (see full
instruction for use). If using conventional cements (resin modified
glass ionomer (RMGI) or glass ionomer (GI) type cements) from
other manufacturers, follow their respective instructions for use.
3.6.2. Self-Adhesive Cementation (Full Coverage Crowns and
Bridges)
Dentsply Sirona Calibra® Universal Self-Adhesive Resin Cement is
recommend for self-adhesive cementation of full coverage crowns
and bridges fabricated from CEREC® Zirconia+ (see full instructions
for use). Universal / self-adhesive resin type cements indicated for
zirconia ceramic cementation from other manufacturers can be
used following their respective instructions for use.
3.6.3. Adhesive cementation (Full Coverage Crowns and Bridges)
Dentsply Sirona Calibra® Ceram Adhesive Resin Cement is recom-
mend for adhesive cementation of full coverage crowns and
bridges fabricated from CEREC® Zirconia+ (see full instructions for
use). Adhesive resin cement systems indicated for zirconia ceramic
cementation from other manufacturers can be used following their
respective instructions for use.
4. HYGIENE AND DISPOSAL
Cross­contamination
Do not reuse single use products. Dispose of in accor-
dance with local regulations. Finished device should be

disinfected per manufacturers' recommendation of
disinfection material.
Following materials are considered compatible with
CEREC® Zirconia+ restorations:
• 80% ethanol
• 70% 2-propanol
4.1. Disposal
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
5. LOT NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE AND CORRESPONDENCE
5.1 Do not use after expiration date. ISO standard uses: "YYYY­
MM­DD"
5.2 The following numbers should be quoted in all
correspondences:
• Reorder number
• Lot number
• Expiration date
Any serious incident in relation to the product should be report-
ed to the manufacturer and the competent authority according
to local regulations.
