User programs U1, U2 and U3
Besides the 12 pre‐set programs, there are also 3 user programs: U1, U2 and U3. Press PROGRAM until it
shows the user programs (U1 to U3), and press MODE. It is necessary to input settings for the speed first.
Start with the first section. Set the speed with the buttons SPEED+ and SPEED‐. Use MODE to complete
the first section and enter the second section. Insert all ten sections. The data will be saved, you can
make use of this program when using your treadmill the next time.
Press PROGRAM until it shows the user programs (U1 to U3). Set the running time and press START. You
can only make use of your own user program when all required data for each section are set.
FAT (body fat program)
Press PROGRAM continuously to enter the body fat program. Press MODE and insert the data.
F1 = SEX
F2 = AGE
F3 = HEIGHT
F4 = WEIGHT
F5 = FAT
Use SPEED+ and SPEED‐ to insert F1 to F4 and press MODE. To insert F5, hold the hand pulse sensors.
The display will show your body mass index after 3 seconds. The body mass index is to test the relation
between height and weight. A healthy BMI‐value should be between 20‐25. If under 19, it means
underweight, if between 25‐29 it means overweight.
