Charging Up the Battery

NOTE!
■ It is essential that you charge up the battery fully before you fi rst use the de-
vice in order to achieve the maximum charging capacity. If the battery is fully
discharged during use, it must be fully charged up again before it is next used.

5. First disconnect the mains adapter from the mains power and then disconnect the
barrel connector from the charging station.
6. Remove the battery from the charging station.

Attaching the Wall Bracket

Attach the wall bracket to a wall at a suitable height using the fastening material sup-
plied.
If you are unsure whether the fastening material supplied is suitable for your wall,
seek advice from a specialist stockist before mounting it and exchange the fas-
tening material for suitable material if necessary. It is essential that you note the
safety instructions for mounting (see the "Safety notes" chapter).
1. Switch off the device and remove the battery (15): Press
the release button on the battery (see picture) and pull the
battery out of the device at the same time.
2. Insert the battery into the charging station (8). The three
contacts of the battery must rest on the three contacts (20)
of the charging station.
3. First plug the barrel connector on the cable of the mains
adapter (2) into the socket (22) of the charging station and
then connect the mains adapter to the plug socket.

4. The green operating lamp (21) and the red charge con-

trol lamp (23) will light up. The battery is being charged.
When only the green operating lamp is still lit, the battery

is fully charged.
