FITTING THE BRAKE
The fork has a PM 7" brake calliper mount. If the brake calliper is mounted on the fork without an adapter, a
Ø180 mm brake disc can be used. A brake disc up to Ø203 mm can be used with a suitable adapter.
Do not use brake discs with a diameter bigger than 203 mm!
1.
Ensure that the thread lengths of the fastening
screws on the brake calliper or brake adapter are at
least 8 mm and no more than 10 mm (see figure).
2.
Fit and adjust the brake according to the
manufacturer's specifications.
3.
Check that all components are moving freely.

FITTING THE BRAKE CABLE HOLDER
1.
Click the brake cable into the brake cable holder.
2.
Fit the brake cable holder with clicked in brake
cable into the hole in the fork arch.
3.
Push the screw through the fork arch and screw it
into the cable holder. Tighten the screw with a
torque of 1 Nm.
4.
Ensure that the brake cable does not touch the fork
crown while riding and that it does not impair the
function of other components.
3.6
FITTING THE FENDER
1.
Attach the fender to the rear of the fork arch.
2.
Insert all four screws and tighten them to a torque
of 1.5 Nm.
CAUTION: Do not exceed the specified tightening torque
under any circumstances! This can damage the fork
threads beyond repair.
