The power unit motor does not start
No current
• No current, provide power
The overload cut motor protector is not active
• Activate the overload cut motor protector
Fuses burned
• Check the primary of the transformer fuses and replace them if necessary
• Check the fuses on the board and replace them if necessary
The power unit motor starts but the machine does not
• Check the rotation direction of the hydraulic power unit motor
• Union loose, tighten the union
Pipe cracked
• Replace the pipe
Switch broken
• Clean or replace the switch
Solenoid valve blocked
• Clean or replace the solenoid valve
The distributor leaks
• Replace the distributor
Gaskets worn
• Replace the gaskets
Overload cut motor protector activated
• Open the electrical board, set the main switch to 0 and then use the specific key to
reactivate the overload cut motor protector, operating the switch (fig.51); when complete,
reclose the electrical board.
