Alternative Function for NEURO LOCK: Free Moving, Mono-
centric System Joint with Integrated Posterior Offset
If the lock function is no longer needed, the NEURO LOCK system knee joint can be
used as a free moving joint with integrated posterior offset (fig. 8).

For converting the system joint, remove the locking pawl, the pressure spring and
the ball (fig. 7).
The bearing nut of the locking pawl must remain in
the system joint in order to secure the cover plate
with the countersunk screw.
