USING THE LIGHT (LIGHT) (SC-D382/D383/D385 ONLY)

The Light function works only in Camera and M.Cam mode.

The Light function enables you to record a subject
in a dark place without compromising colors.
For example, you can satisfactorily record the
environment of nocturnal animals for observation
when you use this function.
1. Set the Select switch to CARD or TAPE.
(SC-D383/D385 only)
2. Press the MODE button to set Camera (
3. Press the MENU button.
•
The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Joystick (▲ / ▼) up or down to select
"Camera", then press the Joystick or move the
Joystick ( ) to the right.
5. Move the Joystick (▲ / ▼) up or down to select
"Light", then press the Joystick.
6. Move the Joystick (▲ / ▼) up or down to select
"On", then press the Joystick.
•
To cancel the Light function, set the "Light"
menu to "Off".
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
•
Light (
) indicator will be displayed.
•
The light can become extremely hot.
•
Do not touch it while in operation or soon
WARNING
after turning it off, otherwise serious injury
may occur.
•
Do not place the camcorder into the
carrying case immediately after using the
light, since it remains extremely hot for
some time.
•
Do not use near fl ammable or explosive
materials.
The range of the light is limited. (up to 2m (6.6ft))

Cette fonction permet d'enregistrer un sujet dans un
endroit sombre sans altérer la couleur. Vous pouvez,
par exemple, enregistrer dans de bonnes conditions
l'activité nocturne des animaux que vous observez.
1. Réglez l'interrupteur de sélection sur CARD ou TAPE.
(modèles SC-D383/D385 uniquement).
2. Appuyez sur le bouton MODE pour activer le
mode Camera (

La liste des menus apparaît.
4. Déplacez le pavé (▲ / ▼) vers le haut ou le bas pour
sélectionner le menu "Camera (Photo)" puis appuyez
sur le pavé ou déplacez le pavé ( ) vers la droite.
5. Déplacez le pavé (▲ / ▼) vers le haut ou le bas pour
sélectionner "Light (Éclair.)", puis appuyez sur le pavé.
6. Déplacez le pavé (▲ / ▼) vers le haut ou le bas pour

sélectionner "On (Marche)", puis appuyez sur le pavé.

Pour annuler cette fonction, réglez le menu
"Light (Éclair.)" sur "Off (Arrêt)".
7. Pour sortir de la liste, appuyez sur le bouton MENU.

Ne le touchez pas pendant l'enregistrement
