Operation

Selecting an Operating Mode
For dispensing membrane filters, the user has
3 operating modes to select from:
– Transport by pressing the START button
– Transport by pressing the foot switch
– Automatic feed when tweezers are advanced
towards the separator slit
Transport by pressing
Set the power switch (on the back panel of the
t
dispenser) to "I" (top position).
> The green LED in the START button lights up
continuously.
Automatic feed
Set the power switch (on the back panel of the
t
dispenser) to "II" (lower position).
> The green LED in the START button blinks.
Transport by pressing the foot switch
y If the foot switch is not already connected:
connect the foot switch, see also Chapter "Installa-
tion".
y Set the power switch (on the back panel of the
dispenser) to "I" (top position).
> The green LED in the START button lights up
continuously.
