Slide a #8 flat washer onto the axle, then an 8-32 lock nut. Tighten the
lock nut so that it is flush with the end of the axle.

Slide the wheel collar up to the wheel so that it can not move laterally,
but can still spin freely. Use a 4-40 x 1/8-inch setscrew to secure the
wheel collar. Tighten the setscrew on the flat area of the axle using a
1.5mm hex wrench.
