Cooking programmes and tips for preparing food

Basically, you can use the device to prepare any meal that can be prepared in a con-
ventional convection oven or a conventional deep-fryer.
Generally speaking, you do not have to preheat the device. When preparing meals,
which must be cooked "to perfection", preheating the oven is still recommended for
determining the exact cooking time.
Cooking times depend on the size and quantity of food and the cooking temperature.
Start with short cooking times and then gradually adjust them to suit your personal
taste.
Please observe the manufacturer's specifi cations on time and temperature when pre-
paring frozen foods. Keep in mind that they have already been deep fried in most
cases. The cooking time may be somewhat shorter. Before the specifi ed cooking
time has expired, check whether your food has already been cooked to completion.
For best results when making fries, we recommend setting the cooking temperature
to no more than 175 °C and setting the cooking time to approx. 5–7 minutes.
Fill the grill basket to no more than ¾ with food so that the food can be evenly mixed
and there is enough space so that it can be cooked evenly!

values. As meals differ greatly and ingredients may differ in terms of their origin, size,
shape, quality and brand, we are unable to guarantee an optimal setting for your ingre-
dients. The actual cooking times may therefore vary depending on your meal make-up
and the selected cooking temperature. Before serving, please make sure that your food
is well done!
