Removing the metal cutting blade
(picture 6):
4. To lock the axle, push the enclosed
metal pin sideways into the hole pro-
vided on the cutting head holder and
on the bottom flange.
5. Unscrew the fixing nut clockwise with
the aid of the maintenance key and
remove the top flange and the metal
cutting blade (11).

Dismantling the metal cutting blade
is described in the section on "In-
stalling/Removing the Metal Cutting
Blade".
Installing the protective cover / thread reel:
1. Screw the protective cover / reel capsule
onto the protective cover / metal cutting
blade using the 4 screws enclosed.
Installing the reel capsule:
2. Screw the reel capsule anticlockwise
onto the cutting head holder by
hand, as indicated in the diagram.
3. Remove the protective cap on the thread
cutter.
Removing the reel capsule:
4. Unscrew the reel capsule clockwise
by hand. To make the work easier,
the cutting head holder and bottom flange
can be locked using the enclosed metal
pin (see also picture 6).
5. Remove the protective cover and pull
the protective cap over the thread cutter.
