Cause
There is no communication connection
between the inverter and the energy meter,
or the communication connection between
these is incorrect.
Outer and neutral conductors are inverted.
For safety reasons, the inverter must not
feed into the network.
The inverter cannot feed into the network be-
cause it does not have any valid parameters.
The maximum permissible temperature has
been reached.
The inverter could not correctly read the set
country from the cylinder.
The inverter's internal fan is defective.
The inverter may feed into the network with
reduced power.
After switching off, the inverter cannot con-
tinue to feed in because the mains frequency
exceeds the statutory activation value.
After switching off, the inverter cannot con-
tinue to feed in because the mains frequency
falls below the statutory activation value.
The mains frequency that is present at the
inverter exceeds the permissible value.
Due to legal regulations, the inverter
automatically switches off while the fault is
present.
The mains frequency that is present at the
inverter falls below the permissible value.
Due to legal regulations, the inverter
automatically switches off while the fault is
present.
Appendix
Measure
Ensure that the connection to the energy
meter is correct.
Ensure that the correct energy meter
is selected in menu item Main menu
→ Settings → Energy management →
Configuration.
Check the contact assignment in the
alternating current plug.
Check the alternating current installation
(utility connection).
If the message occurs more frequently,
contact customer service.
Check whether the installation conditions
have been complied with.
Checking the country setting
Disconnect the inverter from the direct
current and alternating current power
supply. Carry out a restart.
Request the password for the service
code. Delete the country setting. Set the
country setting again.
If the message occurs more frequently,
contact customer service.
Ensure that the correct country setting
has been set.
If required, inform the local energy sup-
plier.
If required, have the local energy sup-
plier check the network conditions up
until the photovoltaic installation's net-
work interconnection point.
Carry out a network analysis directly at
the feed-in point of the inverter(s). Carry
out a network analysis at the network in-
terconnection point. If required, inform
the local energy supplier about the res-
ults of the tests.
In consultation with the energy supplier,
adjust the threshold values for mains
voltage and/or mains frequency, if re-
quired. To make adjustments, you re-
quire an access code (from the code
generator). Contact Customer Service for
this.
Have the local energy supplier ensure
that the relevant specification for the
mains voltage and mains frequency is
complied with.
