Starting up for the first time

Use the installation assistant to carry out the 1st com-
missioning for the inverter.
7.1.1
Running the installation assistants
Connect the product to the power grid.
The installation assistant starts automatically.
When you switch on the product, the installation assistant is
displayed until all of the required menu items have been set
completely.
All of the menu items except for Main menu → Information
→ Country setting can also be changed at a later time.
The Country setting menu item can be reset at a later time
but this will result in data losses.
Note
You can find further information about the change
to the Country setting in the Overview of the
functions for the competent person (→ Page 36)
and in the operating instructions for this product.
The installation assistant displays a checklist of the required
settings for the initial start-up.

Note
You can only change the Country setting by
restoring the inverter to the factory settings, which
causes settings and data to be lost.
The country that is selected does not affect the
menu language that is set and displayed.

Open Country setting.
2.
Select the country in which the inverter will be operated.
3.
If you cannot select the desired country, you can, as an
alternative, select a country whose specifications are
stricter than those of the desired country.
4.
If you have queries regarding the country setting, con-
tact customer service, if required.

Confirm the selection by pressing

The Entry ok? confirmation prompt appears in the
display.

Answer the confirmation prompt with "Yes" by pressing
