12.2. Professional servicing
The water heater and the outside unit must be powered off before opening.
Turn the unit off and wait 10 minutes before opening the outside unit's top
cover. This ensures the capacitors are discharged.
The water heater must be drained and the gasket replaced if the immersion
heater is replaced or the water heater opened.
12.2.1. Access to the water heater's components

 Removing the upper column:
- Rotate the top button a quarter turn
- Slide the column upwards
 Removing the lower column:
- Rotate the bottom button a quarter turn
- Slide the column downwards by approximately 30 mm
- Pull the column towards you
