Traditional cooking modes
FAN COOKING
(recommended temperature 200 °C min 50 °C max 220 °C)
• Cooking controlled by the heating element located at the back of the oven and by the fan.
• Rapid temperature increase: Some dishes can be placed in the oven while it is still cold.
• Recommended for keeping white meat, fish and vegetables moist. For cooking multiple items
on up to two levels.
COMBINED HEAT
(recommended temperature 200 °C min 50 °C max 220 °C)
• Cooking controlled by the upper and lower heating elements and by the fan.
• Three combined sources of heat: a lot of heat from the bottom, a little fan cooking and a touch
from the grill for browning.
• Recommended for quiches, pies, tarts with juicy fruits, preferably in an earthenware dish.
TRADITIONAL
(recommended temperature 200 °C min 35 °C max 220 °C)
• Cooking controlled by the upper and lower heating elements.
• This position allows for energy savings while maintaining the quality of the cooking.
TURBO GRILL
(recommended temperature 200 °C min 50 °C max 200 °C)
• Cooking is controlled, alternately, by the upper element and by the fan.
• Preheating is not necessary. Roasts and poultry are juicy and crisp all over.
• Slide the drip tray on to the bottom shelf support.
• Recommended for all roasted poultry or meat, for sealing and thoroughly cooking a leg or a rib
of beef. To retain the moist texture of fish steaks.
Set the time to 00:00 (see "Resetting the time")
• Press the 'TEMPERATURE', 'TIME' and 'STOP' buttons
simultaneously until 'DEMO' appears in the display.
• To return to normal mode, set the time to "00:00" and press the
'TEMPERATURE', 'TIME' and 'STOP' buttons again until "DEMO"
disappears from the display
Note
When the oven is in DEMO mode the heating elements are not operative.
Use the knob to select the required cooking type. Confirm the selection
by pressing the control knob.
