MULTITIMER mode the settings for the 6 timers are made on three separate
screens (two timers for each screen).
3.5.10 METRONOME
The "Metronome" display consists of 6 synchronised timers that are
represented in the display by 6 empty bars. These bars get filled as time
elapses and become coloured when the preset times is about to expire. A
beeping sounds is triggered when each preset time expires. Setting all timers
follows the same procedure used for TIMER 1 Based on this setting, an
algorithm automatically calculates the offset between one timer and the next
so that during execution, the waiting time between the expiration of a timer
and the next is similar.
This function allows the user to have:
- a visual correspondence between the display and the baking areas
- a tool that helps to synchronize the work of placing into the oven and taking
out of the oven, very useful in repetitive productions (e.g. pre-cooked bases,
etc.)
With the oven in START mode, start the timers by pressing the button
"TIMER 1" or "TIMER 2" (fig. 15 part 5) to access the metronome display.
With the timers active, press the "TIMER 1" or "TIMER 2" button to switch
to the baking parameters screen and adjust the temperature/power. Press one
of the two buttons again to switch back to the timer display screen. Press the
STOP button to deactivate the timers
3.5.11 "Starbake" PROOVER (optional)
The "Starbake" cell is an electronically controlled leavening cell. Generally,
cell programming takes place through the control panel of the baking chamber
located above the leavening cell. If there is no "Starbake" leavening cell, but
there is an electromechanical cell or there is no cell, the display shows an info
message that the cell is not available. If there is a cell, the following options
are available:
- "Enable/Disable": this option activates the leavening cell at the
set or switches off the heating elements. The display shows the temperature
measured in the cell followed by the temperature set.
- "Settings": this option allows accessing the temperature adjustment screen.
See 3.8 and 3.9 for more information.
NOTE:
The "Starbake" leavening cell can also work when the
cooking chamber that controls it is switched off, using the last session
settings
3.5.12 SMARTBAKING APP
On the display, the following items can be selected by scrolling through
the list with the 'SELECTION' buttons
Qr-Code': generate code for oven - app association (if connected)
-
Connect WiFi': use this menu to connect the oven to the WiFi
-
network
Download app': displays qr-code to download the 'SmartBaking
-
App' mobile application

DISPLAYING ALARMS
If a problem is detected, two different types of alarm can be displayed.
1) Maximum Temperature Alarm
2) Thermocouple Failure Alarm (this alarm also indicates which of the
thermocouples has failed)
3) Communications Error Alarm
4) Electrical panel overtemperature alarm
5) Electric current overload alarm (with FOURCE only)
When one of the above alarms occurs, the control unit indicates on screen
which alarm has been triggered, and turns the heating elements off.
The acoustic and visual signal will remain until the "OK" key is pressed and
then the icon in the top bar will remain until the anomaly is solved. In case
