Der Arbeitstemperaturbereich des
Oszillators ist unbedingt zu
beachten !
Achtung!
Der Prozessdruck der Medien muss
bei Anwendungen, die Kategorie-1-
Betriebsmittel erfordern, zwischen
0,8 bis 1,1 bar liegen. Wird von
diesen genannten Einsatzbedin-
gungen am Sensor abgewichen, ist
zu beachten, dass der Sensor (auch
im Störungsfall) keine höhere
Erwärmung als 3K aufweist und
dass der sichere Betrieb der Anlage
im Hinblick auf Drücke/Tempera-
turen der verwendeten Stoffe dem
Betreiber obliegt.
Verantwortung des
Betreibers der Anlage
Für die richtige Auslegung der elek-
trischen Anlage unter Explosions-
schutz-Bedingungen sowie der
korrekten Inbetriebnahme ist aus-
schließlich der Betreiber der Anlage
verantwortlich. Die jeweils gültigen
Explosionschutz-Verord-nungen und
Sicherheitsvorschriften sind einzu-
halten und gegebenenfalls durch einen
Sachverständigen zu überprüfen.
Wird die Anlage im Auftrag des
Betreibers von einem Subunternehmer
errichtet, darf die Anlage erst in Betrieb
genommen werden, nachdem der
Subunternehmer durch eine
Installations-Bescheinigung die sach-
und fachgerechte Installation
entsprechend der jeweils gültigen
Vorschriften bestätigt hat.
Die erstmalige Inbetriebnahme von
Explosionsgeschützten Anlagen oder
Anlagenteilen sowie die Wiederinbe-
triebnahme nach größeren
Änderungen oder Wartungsarbeiten
muss der jeweils zuständigen
Aufsichtsbehörde vom Betreiber
gemeldet werden.

Attention!
The process pressure of the
respective media has to be between
0.8 and 1.1 bar for all applications
requiring category 1 equipment. If
there are deviating operating
conditions at the sensor, please
make sure that the sensor heating
(even in case of malfunction)
doesn't exceed 3 K and that the
user is responsible for the safe
operation of the system with regard
to pressure/temperatures of the
material used.
Customer responsibility
The correct layout of the electric
system under explosion-proof
conditions, as well as the correct
initiation, is solely incumbent upon the
plant operator. All valid explosion-
protection and safety directives have
to be adhered to and be checked by
an expert, if necessary.
If the plant is erected by a sub-
contractor on behalf of the customer, it
must not be put into operation until the
sub-contractor has confirmed the
correct installation acording to the
valid directives by submitting an
installation certificate.
The initiation of explosion-proof plants
or parts of such plants as well as the
re-commissioning after substantial
changes or maintenance has to be
reported to the respective supervising
authority.

En cas d'applications exigeant des
équipements de catégorie 1, la
pression de service des fluides doit
être comprise entre 0,8 et 1,1 bar.
En cas de conditions d'utilisation
divergentes au niveau du capteur,
veiller à ce que le capteur ne pré-
sente pas d'échauffement supérieur
à 3 K (même en cas de panne) et
que l'exploitation sûre de l'installa-
tion en ce qui concerne les
pressions et températures des
matières utilisées relève de la
responsabilité de l'exploitant.
Responsabilité de l'exploitant
de l'installation
La bonne conception de l'installation
électrique en cas d'utilisation en zone
classée, ainsi que la mise en service
correcte relèvent uniquement de la
responsabilité de l'exploitant de
l'installation. Les règlements appli-
cables en matière de protection
antidéflagrante et la règles de sécurité
applicables en vigueur doivent être
observés et, le cas échéant, vérifiés
par un expert.
Si l'installation est montée par une
entreprise sous-traitante sur demande
de l'exploitant, l'installation ne pourra
être mise en service qu'après
confirmation par le sous-traitant du
montage correct et correspondant aux
règles de l'art suivant les règlements
applicables en vigueur au moyen d'un
certificat d'installation.
La première mise en service
d'équipements ou d'ensembles à
protection antidéflagrante ainsi que
leur remise en service après d'impor-
tantes modifications ou interventions
d'entretien doit être signalée à
l'autorité de contrôle compétente par
les soins de l'exploitant.
