5.1.2 Continuous operation

In continuous operation, the extraction system runs regardless of whether a control signal is present at
the CAM interface or not�
Continuous operation can be used, for example, to thoroughly clean and vacuum out the CAM system
after a milling job�

Automatic mode
In automatic mode, the extraction unit runs depending on whether a control signal is active on the CAM
interface or not�

Cleaning / Maintenance
Opening the unit is not permitted other than as described below!
Before cleaning and maintenance work:
► Switch off the unit and disconnect the power plug!
6.1
Cleaning
Do not steam clean the unit under any circumstances.
To clean the unit, only wipe the outside with a damp cloth�
Do not use any solvent-based or abrasive cleaning agents�
6.2
Changing the dust bag
NEVER operate the extraction unit without the complete filter system (dust bag + fine filter).
⇒ Pull the dust drawer out towards the front�
⇒ Leave the full dust bag in the dust drawer and take it with the dust drawer to the disposal point�
⇒ Remove the dust bag�
⇒ Remove the protective film, seal the filter opening to prevent dust escaping!
⇒ Dispose of the dust bag properly�
When disposing of the dust bag, observe local provisions and accident prevention regulations!
Wear personal protective equipment depending on the material trapped in the filter.
⇒ Insert the new dust bag in the dust drawer� When doing so, make sure that the dust bag is properly
inserted in the guide grooves and that the adhesive tab is facing upwards�
⇒ Check the seals of the dust drawer for damage and replace if necessary�
⇒ Insert the dust drawer straight until it is pulled into its final position by magnets. Make sure that the dust
drawer is properly inserted in the guide�
