Connect the hose stem 1 on the foot pedal with the
compressed air hose Ø 6/4 mm to the connection
P2 on the pneumatic Universal Crimp Machine UP
60 (Fig. 8.01/8.02)
Connect the hose stem 4 on the foot pedal with the
compressed air hose Ø 4/2 mm to the connection
A on the pneumatic Universal Crimp Machine UP
60 (Fig. 8.01/8.02)
Use the pneumatic Universal Crimp Machine UP
60 only with conditioned air (lubricated and
filtered). Standard Filter: 30 µm.
Connect the hose stem P1 of the machine with the
tube Ø 8/6 mm to the compressed air supply. (Fig.
8.03).
Air Pressure: 6 bar
CAUTION!
 Connect compressed air supply with supplied compressed air tube (length 1m).
 The machine can only be depressurized by disconnecting the machine from the
main air supply (Fig. 8.03, P 1).
INFORMATION:
Use only lubricated and filtered compressed air.
