Release Button

In case of jammed jaws caused by operation or
handling errors or wrongly placed terminals the
jaws can be opened as follows:
- Press Release Button.

Power Button

Please push the power button (1) to start the pneumatic
Universal Crimp Machine.
In case of a separation from air, fall of pressure or operation of
the release button the pneumatic Universal Crimp Machine will
be disconnected.

Transport and Installation

7.1

Transport

The weight of the pneumatic Universal Crimp Machines UP 60 is approx. 59 kg (130 lbs).
Screw in the eyebolt (in the scope of the delivery) on the machine.
DANGER!
 Use a chain hoist for the transport of the crimping machine.
 To hoist the machine use the eyebolt. Make sure that the eyebolt is securely
tightened!
CAUTION!
 Do not carry the machine by hand. Use a chain hoist!
ATTENTION!
 Tubes must not be damaged.
 During transport and installation of the machine wear suitable safety shoes.
INFORMATION:
The pneumatic Universal Crimp Machine UP 60 has to be carried with the eyebolt for
the transport with the chain hoist.
